Salman Khan Is All Set To Become Mama For The Second Time
Ravichandran Ashwin is going through the best phase of his Career. He is taking wickets for his team and getting runs with the bat as well. He is in amazing form and all of us agree to that.
The ongoing third Test between India and England is no exception. Ashwin got a much needed half century and he's doing the magic with the ball as well.
In the second innings though, Ashwin faced a slight problem. He looked relatively uncomfortable with the position at which Joe Root was standing at the non strikers end.
He stood very close to the umpire on the other side from where Ashwin was bowling. Technically speaking, Joe's position wasn't wrong or couldn't be challenged and hence, Ashwin couldn't do anything. But even then, he had a final laugh. Wanna know how?
Keep reading ahead to know that.
Ashwin kept bowling irrespective of the difficulty. Meanwhile, the commentators believed Ashwin should continue his job rather than focusing where the non-striker is standing.
“Ashwin seems far too involved in where the batsman’s standing. He needs to bowl and the batsman needs to decide where he stands. It’s a very simple game actually,” quoted Nasser Hussain. What happened next? Amazing!
