Salman Khan Is All Set To Become Mama For The Second Time
Infosys Limited is an Indian multinational corporation that provides business consulting, information technology and outsourcing services.
The CEO of Infosys, Salil Parekh is one lucky person because of the huge amount he makes from his work.
According to an independent board member, and of the Nomination and Remuneration Committee (NRC) at Infosys, Kiran Mazumdar Shaw, Parekh will draw a fixed salary of Rs 6.5 crore and a variable pay of Rs 9.75 crore at the end of the next fiscal year 2018-19.
Shaw further added that Parekh, who has been appointed for a five-year term, will receive Rs 3.25 crores in restricted stock units. "He will also get Rs 13 crore in annual performance equity grants," she said.
The one-time equity grant of Rs 9.75 crore. But if Parekh fails to deliver on his duties, he will be paid a specified amount for that, which is not disclosed yet.
Infosys further elaborated that Parekh will not work with any competitors for six months from the day he leaves the organisation. He will also not work with or for a client he has known for the last 12 months.
As Parekh assumes his new role, his every move will be closely monitored. Especially since Infosys and Nandan Nilekani parted ways on rough terms.
With Parekh's salary we can buy a bunglow in south Mumbai. We can only dream of such expensive things while he is out there making numbers that don't fit in the calculator.
