He decided to complaint the authorities of the company. The company was Vodafone.
This is what he tweeted in order to let know Vodafone that he wasn't happy with their service. Generally, the company replies instantly on Twitter (I have a personal experience), but this time, a glitch happened.
Vodafone got a little late to get back to the legend as Reliance Jio instantly replied to Bachchan.

“Sir, we would be happy to deliver a Jio SIM to you & activate it instantly through our Aadhaar based eKYC home delivery process,” Jio wrote. But luckily, Vodafone immediately contacted the superstar and solved his problem.
“VODAFONE PROBLEM SOLVED ... THANK YOU .. ALL SMS GOING THROUGH NOW.... BAAAADDDDUUUMMBBAAA ...!!” Bachchan later wrote. Good for the company!
