The best part of life comes up when you decide not to kneel down in front of sorrows and problems. The longing to be loved and to love is something that every human deserves and craves for in every phase of life. It was this which led to a 70-year-old widow to post an ad that she wanted a husband. Read what happened and have a little laugh.

The 70-year-old widow had enough of her boring old life and wanted someone with whom she could share and live her life with. She wanted someone who would love her and live with her in happiness and sorrows. So, deciding it was again time for marrying, she posted an ad in the local newspaper. HUSBAND WANTED! MUST BE IN MY AGE GROUP (the 70’s), MUST NOT BEAT ME, MUST NOT RUN AROUND ON ME, AND MUST STILL BE GOOD IN BED! ALL APPLICANTS PLEASE APPLY IN PERSON. So, with this posted she waited for her eligible applicants. And the very next came for her the first applicant and rang her doorbell. Ding dong!

So, it seems a guy was already waiting for her. On the second day itself, the lady’s doorbell rang and she saw a gray-haired man in a wheelchair with no arms and legs. The conversation was like this.

The old woman said, “You’re not really asking me to consider you, are you? Just look at you … you have no legs!” The old man smiled, “Therefore I cannot run around on you!” She snorted. “You don’t have any hands either!” Again the old man smiled, “Nor can I beat you!” She raised an eyebrow and gazed intently. “Are you still good in bed?” With that, the old gentleman leaned back, beamed a big broad smile and said, “I rang the doorbell, didn’t I?” I had my share of laugh and I am admiring the whole story. Everyone needs someone to hold hands and love. May they stay together and love flows in eternity. Good Luck, Folks.
