Salman Khan Is All Set To Become Mama For The Second Time
Sara Ali Khan recently appeared on Koffee With Karan and she revealed that she was once upon a time quite chubby and she was 96 kgs and now she has lost a lot of weight for her Bollywood career.
She has a major transformation now and she has set a great example for all the other young girls. She lost 44 kgs and the journey was not easy for her and she decided to reveal her diet plans so that every other girl who is struggling for losing their weight.
She revealed her diet plans. Her lunch, dinner, breakfast and snacks. She said she loves having idlis, egg whites, bread toast during her breakfast and during her lunch, she prefers having chapatis, dal, salad, fruits and vegetables.
For her evening snacks, she prefers eating a bowl of Upma that keeps her stomach fulfilled and she also feels energetic and it is also healthy and for her dinner, she eats quite simple and light food like chapatis and green vegetables.
