It is a myth that vegetarian food is more expensive compared to non-vegetarian food, but in reality, if we go to buy a piece of meat than it would cost more than the vegetables and some vegetables can also be grown in your garden which also makes you save your money.
Most of the people believe that if a person is a vegetarian then you can't even eat veg food in front of them but it's not completely true, maybe some vegetarians don't like it but not all vegetarians would mind if you sit and eat nonveg food in front of them.
Well, it is assumed that if a particular person is vegetarian then the person's whole family will also be vegetarian but that is again not true because at times it's only a particular person who doesn't eat nonveg but their family might be eating and so they must not be eating but that doesn't mean that they hate nonveg.
It is the biggest myth that people think that vegetarians are always healthy and fit and vegetarian food doesn't contain fats, well products like milk, cheese, chips, pizzas, drinks are also included in the list of vegetarian food and it does contain fats. The only to keep the health of a person fit and healthy can be done by keeping the diet balanced.
It is an unsaid rule that if a person wants to put on weight and if he is going to the gym then that person has to eat eggs and meat for maintenance o their body if they are vegetarians as vegetables don't have that many proteins but again that's not true because certain vegetables, beans, fruits, grains, legumes, seeds and nut gives great energy and proteins and it can be used for the maintenance of body.
It is assumed by almost everybody that vegetarian food is boring and it doesn't have varieties and it doesn't have a much interesting taste but it's not actually true, there are many variations in vegetarian food and it has different interesting tastes, it depends on dishes to dishes.
