Guess What Jr. Pataudi Got As His First Birthday Gift?

Blog By riyaz  |  21-12-17

You can never guess what it is.

Child

A child can never have enough toys. It takes just a few hours for the child to get bored of any toy and throw it away never to play with it again. A child might see the same toy again a few hours later and fall in love with it all over again.

But what toy can you get the kid who has everything? Taimur Ali Khan Pataudi was born in the bosom of royalty. Both his parents are superstars in their own right. So his first birthday gift has to be special.

There is so much of love for Taimur 👪 #20122017💕 #taimursfirstbirthday💙💙💙

Taimur's First Birthday

As far as star kids go Taimur has been in the limelight since the day he was born. He has two famous parents and is also a part of two famous and powerful families. So the birthday had to be a star studded event.

The major life event took place at Pataudi Palace and of course sister Karishma Kapoor was there to support Kareena at this time. In fact, it is her instagram that is a major source for most of the pictures from the event. Soha Ali Khan and husband Kunal Kemmu with their baby daughter Innaya Naumi Kemmu were obviously on the guest list. The whole family must have been shocked by this gift that was not even given by a family member.

His First Gift

Kareena Kapoor's nutritionist Rujuta Diwekar gave Taimur possibly the best present he could have recieved. She shared her gift on Instagram for the whole world to see.

What was the gift? It is a forest in Sonave, a village on the outskirts of Mumbai.

A little forest for Taimur A little boy can never have enough of birds, bees and butterflies and so we have put together a small forest as a birthday gift for the little big boy, Taimur, in Sonave. It’s a special forest, one that thrives on intercropping and i hope that as he grows he too will thrive in and celebrate a diverse society. A society where people live together through and due to their distinctions. The forest has about 100 trees on a 1000 sq ft plot. The trees are as young as Taimur, even younger actually, and each one of them is a local, native, climate resilient specie. It will be a forest of the super foods of the future. There are 3 jamuns, 1 jackfruit, 1 amla, 40 Bananas, 14 Moringas, 1 Kokum, 1 Papaya, 5 Seetaphal, 2 Ramphals, 2 Nimbu trees. Besides these it grows 3 different types of native pulses and many Mirchi, Ginger, Turmeric and kari patta plants. Not to mention the green leafy veggies and the genda phools that grow in between. The forest is inspired by Padma Shri Subhash Palekar’s zero budget natural farming where one tree grows symbiotically off another and thus is thrifty on one’s pocket. The forest will become a home for pollinating agents like the butterflies, bees, birds and earthworms. It will help nurture the soil, fix back the nitrogen and minerals in the soil that it grows on, preserve the water table and look elegant and beautiful while doing it all. Here’s to living sustainably! Happy Birthday. #taimuralikhan

Forest

"A little boy can never have enough of birds, bees and butterflies and so we have put together a small forest as a birthday gift for the little big boy, Taimur, in Sonave," she wrote in her Instagram post.

Rujuta Diwekar also said that the forest "thrives on intercropping" and "I hope that as he grows he too will thrive in and celebrate a diverse society. A society where people live together through and due to their distinctions," she said.
Wow, what more could a young boy ask for?
