20 Rules That WWE Stars Have To strictly Follow
During the rapid eye movement (REM) cycle of sleep, the brain starts dreaming intense dreams which feels like it's all real. During this the muscles are unable to move. This happens so that the person won’t be able to act out dreams with their body. The reason behind this is, because the muscles haven’t received the signal from their brain in order to do so.
This is very common, when you feel immovable. No matter how much you try to move but you can't move. It feels like something heavy is weighing you down. This often causes people to feel helpless and threatened.
This is because your mouth is also unable to move along with the rest of your body. You might try calling for help but you won't be able to utter a single word. It makes you feel like you’re being choked. It happens because the air passing through you might not be enough.
The unreal dreams may take place during the the disrupted boundary between dreaming and being awake. Therefore, when people experience sleep paralysis, their dreams may become even more realistic than usual and they might feel that their unreal dreams are very much realistic.
Some people even say that they can move their toes, fingers, or facial muscles, which helps them to wake up their rest of the body. Where as in reality it is not possible. The most common age range affected by the sleep paralysis is between 16 to 43 years old.
